The Leadership After 5 Speaker Series presented by the UTEP Young Alumni Network is an event created to present outstanding UTEP alumni about their career and how UTEP helped them reach their goals. We will have a panel of three great alumni:
- Joshua Acevedo, El Paso Independent School District Board Trustee for District 3
- Julian Casillas, AP of Operations at STRIVE Prep
- Emma Weatherly, Social Studies Facilitator at Rocket New Tech STEM Academy
Their work in education have been incredible contributions to El Paso, and they will elaborate on working in education especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
